Making tennis work for all abilities

Since launching in 2013, BIFT has helped over 30,000 disabled people access tennis, involving 112 venues and delivering to 1,000+ weekly participants. Having implemented the Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack, they wanted help in making best use of it to manage the complexities of the provision.

BIFT provides free weekly tennis sessions designed for adults and children with learning, sensory and physical disabilities. It currently operates ‘I Play 30’ sessions at venues across the UK. Charity Fundraising Open Days at more than 450 venues have raised in excess of £1million and provided over 7,500 hours of free community based tennis. They need help in configuring their Salesforce CRM to integrate all areas of the provision as well as to move away from fragmented work practices.

Working closely with the team we are implementing a dedicated Salesforce CRM application tailored to the Organisation’s operational requirements. Our objectives are to:

✅Establish Salesforce as the Organisation’s single system of record.

✅Configure all required standard and custom objects, fields, security roles, and user interfaces.

✅Prepare, cleanse, migrate, and validate existing datasets.

✅Support user adoption through structured testing, training, refinement, and post‑deployment hyper‑care.
